Delivery.

Any items that are in stock are usually dipatched the next working day, any items that are not in stock are usually delivered in 10 working days, if items are going to take longer you will be contacted and are entitled for a full refund

Returns.

All paramotors are made to order and as such do not qualify for returns however if the item is faulty then we will ensure the item is replaced

All wings do not qualify for returns unless it is a stock item

Any accesories and clothing qualify for a full refund as long as they are returned unused and in its origional packaging, all shipping cost are responsible by the buyer.
